A career at Coffee&Co starts with training focused on coffee and tasting and continues on to include the internal operating standards we emphasise and ends with an excursion to our bakery. It is critical to know all aspects of working in a coffee house. We also will teach you how to understand and help our business and thereby provide you with opportunities to grow and be successful.

Barista:

This is the key customer contact person in our company. They create relationships between our brand, a specific coffee house and the people who visit.

Our requirements for a candidate:

Interest in working with people
A pleasant and friendly approach
Communication skills
Knowledge of a foreign language
Previous experience is a plus (HACCP, health certificate)
