FOCACCIA - new product in snack offer
We have prepared for you a new type of snack - Italian Focaccia. Taste!
Focaccia is traditional Italian bread pastry. Basic focaccia dough is in structure similar to that of pizza, it consist of flour, yeast, oil, water and salt. It is manually processed and warred on thicker layer of dough, baked in the stone oven or oven. Traditional Italian focaccia can be sprinkled on the surface by various herbs, seasoned by olive oil, garnished with onion, cheese, tomatoes and other ingredients. In Italia it is eaten as bread or snack.
In Coffee&Co, we have prepared our own developed recipe of focaccia inspired by Italian basic recipe. You can choose from two types of bread:
- Classic white with dried tomatoes
- Wholegrain with pumpkin seeds and mixture of Provencal herbs
